摘要
从伞形科绿粉藁本Ligusticum glaucescensFranch.根茎的甲醇提取物中分离出4个化合物,分别鉴定为Levistolide A,藁本内酯(L igustilide),P leuch iol和阿魏酸(Feru lic ac id),均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective ： To study the chemical constituents from dry roots of Ligusticum glaucescens Franch. Methods ： Chromatography and spectrum analysis were employed to isolate and elucidate the chemical constituents in the plant. Results： 4 compounds were isolated and identified as levistolide A（ Ⅰ ）, ligustilide（ Ⅱ ）, pleuchiol（ Ⅲ） and ferulic acid（Ⅳ）. Conclusion： Ⅰ-Ⅳ were isolated from this plant for the first time. The work provided evidence for the exploitation and utilization of this plant resource.
