摘要
目的:分析牛至挥发油中的化学成分。方法:气质联用,用HP-5毛细管柱,柱温60℃.240℃,5℃/min程序升温,检测器荷质比范围10-425。结果:气质联用鉴定了29个化合物。结论:牛至挥发油中的主要成分为百里香酚和香荆芥酚。
Objective: To analysis compositions of the volatile oil in Origanum vulgare. Methods: GC-MS condition: using programmed temperature gas chromatography cinitial temperature was 60℃, and then raising the temperature(5℃/min) to 240℃, masstoelectric charge ratio was 10 to 425. Results: GC-MS identified 29 kinds of contents. Conclusion: Thymol and carvacrol are main compositions of the volatile oil in Origanum vulgare.
