Analysis on the Volatile Oil in Origanum vulgare

目的：分析牛至挥发油中的化学成分。方法：气质联用，用HP-5毛细管柱，柱温60℃．240℃，5℃／min程序升温，检测器荷质比范围10-425。结果：气质联用鉴定了29个化合物。结论：牛至挥发油中的主要成分为百里香酚和香荆芥酚。

Objective： To analysis compositions of the volatile oil in Origanum vulgare. Methods： GC-MS condition： using programmed temperature gas chromatography cinitial temperature was 60℃, and then raising the temperature（5℃/min） to 240℃, masstoelectric charge ratio was 10 to 425. Results： GC-MS identified 29 kinds of contents. Conclusion： Thymol and carvacrol are main compositions of the volatile oil in Origanum vulgare.
