多产低碳异构烯烃裂解催化剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在520℃下,采用大港直馏柴油为原料,在微反装置上对HZSM-5、ZRP、DASY和REY四种分子筛裂解多产低碳异你烯烃的性能进行了考察。结果表明,五元环族中孔分子筛能有效地抑制氢转移反应,提高产品中的iC4^=产率。 Characteristics of HZSM-5, ZRP, DASY and REY zeolites for maximizing lightiso-olefins have been investigated at reaction temperature of 520℃ with Dagang straightdiesel as feed stock in a microreactor unit. Results show that pentasil type zeolites efficientlyinhibited the hydride transfer reaction, and the isobutylene yield was enhanced. But in viewof high field gradient selectivity, C4/C3 ratio and C4 plus material for pentasil type zeolites de-crease. Y type zeolites present strong hydride transfer characteristics and high C4/C3 ratio.Thus isobutylene yield of the catalyst containing both ZRP (pentasil type) and DASY (Ytype) is higher than that of catalysts containing only either ZRP or DASY. The catalystnomenclatured CIP-1 catalyst for maximizing light iso-olefins production was commerciallymanufactured and also successfully applied in Jinan Refinery.
