摘要 用正交实验考察了反应时间、反应温度、酸醇比、催化剂用量等因素对反应转化率的影响.以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂时,当酸醇摩尔比为1,催化剂用量的质量分数为硬脂酸的0.85%,反应温度为175~180℃,反应时间为90min时,转化率为98.03%;以磷酸与对甲苯磺酸为催化剂时,当酸醇摩尔比为1,催化剂用量的质量分数为硬脂酸的0.55%,反应温度为175~180℃,反应时间为180min时,转化率为99.26%. The effects of reaction time.reaction temperature,the mole ratio of stearic acid to glycol andthe amount of catalyst on the ratio of conversion in synthesis of stearic acid glycol ester were investigatedby means of orthogonal experiments. The experimental adults show that using the p-toluene sulfonic acid as a catalyst,with the mole ratio of stearic acid to glycol being 1, the amount of the catalyst being0.85% of stearic acid by mass,temperature 175-180℃, the for the reaction being 90 min., the ratio ofconversion is 98.03%, and using the mixture of phosphoric acid and p-toluene sulfonic acid as a catalyst,the ratio of stearic acid to alcohol being 1, time for the reaction being 180min., the amount of mixed acidcatalyst being 0.55% of stearic acid by mass,the temperature being 175 - 180℃, the ratio of conversionis 99.26%.
