摘要 分析了含油废水的乳化油性质,pH值和硫化物对废水Zeta电位的影响。对铝盐、铁盐水解时,由于pH值不同所引起的带正电荷的络离子价数变动,从而对凝聚作用产生影响进行了讨论。确定了以凝聚破稳为主要目的的铝盐和铁盖使用时适合的pH范围.依据凝聚、絮凝和助凝的机理,考察了铝盐、铁盐、聚丙烯酰胺和活化硅酸复合使用的混凝效果.结果证明复合投加处理效果优于聚合氯化铝,所使用的药剂费低于聚合氯化铝. The characteristic of the wastewater containing emulsifying oil and ss from refinery, the in- fluence of pH on Zeta potential of the wastewater were discussed. The influence of pH on the number ofpositive charge in the polynuclear complex ions of hydrolysis products of aluminum salt and ferric salt, andon the agglomeration were discussed.Based on mechanism of agglomeration and flocculation the effect ofaluminum sulfate, ferric chloride, PAM, silicic acid and PAC on agglomeration,flocculation was studied.Theresult shows that the mixed electrolyte with a composition - aluminum sulfate:30 mg/L, ferric chloride:1 mg/L, PAM: 1 mg/L, silicic acid: 1 mg/L- has a removal ratio of pollutants from thewastewater than PAC only. The cost of using the mixed electrolyte is less than the cost of using PAC only.
