摘要
为了研究高原鼢鼠肌红蛋白在不同季节的变化,用分光光度法测定了肌红蛋白含量。结果显示:在春季、夏季和秋季,高原鼢鼠心肌肌红蛋白含量分别为1 001.25±103.25(nmol/g),726.50±54.70(nmol/g),767.33±88.73(nmol/g);骨骼肌肌红蛋白含量分别为781.85±100.98(nmol/g),672.15±108.88(nmol/g),676.80±77.31(nmol/g)。春季高原鼢鼠心肌肌红蛋白和骨骼肌肌红蛋白含量显著高于夏季和秋季(P<0.05)。说明随着洞道氧气和二氧化碳浓度的季节性变化,高原鼢鼠通过改变肌红蛋白含量,来维持机体的氧平衡。
The content of the myoglobin(Mb) of the Plateau Zokor( Myospalax baileyi )was measurated by spectrometer for studying the changes in different seasons. The results showed that the content of myoglo- bin(Mb) in cardiac and skeleton of Plateau Zokor (Myospalax baileyi) was 1 001.25 ± 103.25(nmol/ g) ,726.50 ±54.70(nmol/g) ,767.33 ± 88.73(nmol/g) and 781.85 ± 100.98(nmol/g) ,672.15± 108. 88(nmol/g) ,676.80 ± 77.31 (nmol/g) in spring, summer and autumn. The content of myoglobin(Mb) was increased significantly in spring than that of summer and autumn respectively in cardiac and skeleton muscle. The results suggested that Plateau Zokor( Myospalax baileuo ) maintained oxygen blanace through regulating the increasion of myoglobin (Mb) in different seasons.
