摘要
以食荚菜豌豆———青荷1号种子为材料,用不同浓度的水杨酸浸种12 h,观察种子萌发及萌发过程中体内可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量的变化及幼苗的生长情况。结果表明:用较低浓度的水杨酸(10 mg/L、50 mg/L)浸种,对豌豆种子萌发无显著抑制作用,但可提高发芽指数,使种子可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量增加,并对豌豆幼苗的生长有促进作用;用较高浓度的水杨酸(100mg/L、150mg/L、200mg/L)浸种,对豌豆种子的萌发有显著抑制作用,但种子内可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量下降,并对豌豆幼苗的生长有抑制作用。
The seeds of pea(No. 1 Qinghe)were soaked with different concentration of salicylic acid(SA) for 12 hours, and the rate of seeds germination, the content of soluble - sugar and protein, and the growth of seeding were measured . The results indicated that the rate of seeds germination was not inhibited obviously, the contents of soluble- sugar and protein were increased and the index of seed germination and growth of seeding were enhanced after the seeds were treated at 10 mg/L and 50 mg/L of SA respecitively, but the physyological indexes were decreased and the growth of seeding was inhibited.
