摘要 C/C复合材料的高温氧化性能限制了其在高温领域的广泛应用。本文简要介绍了C/C复合材料的氧化机理及两种主要的抗氧化技术,即抗氧化涂层技术和内部抗氧化技术,并就涂层的结构和发展趋势作了简要介绍。介绍了添加抑制剂磷和硼对C/C复合材料的高温氧化抑制,重点分析了将硼引入C/C复合材料的方法及硼在其中的接触氧化抑制和优先分配。对C/C复合材料的最新进展情况作了简要介绍,并对C/C复合材料高温抗氧化的研究方向提出自己的看法。 Carbon/Carbon composites tend to be oxidated at high temperature,which restricts their use in high-temperature applications. In this paper oxidation mechanism of Carbon/Carbon composites and two main methods to improve the oxidation resistance of Carbon/Carbon composites,i, e. oxidation resistance coating technique and inner oxidation resistance technique are reviewed. The basic structure and the development trend of coating systems are also described. Finally, the increasing in oxidation resistance of Carbon/carbon composites at high temperature caused by adding the inhibitors of phosphorus and boron is introduced,among which the methods of boron-doping to Carbon/Carbon composites ,the preferential distribution and oxidation catalytic effects of boron in Carbon/Carbon composites are mainly analyzed. Current research activities on oxidation resistance of C/C composites are simply described,and future directions of Carbon/Carbon composites with oxidation resistance at high temperature are outlined.
