论我国网球运动员的培养模式及融入国际职业网球的途径

Discuss on Cultivation Mode of Chinese Tennis Athletes and Way to Merge into International Professional Tennis

探讨了我国网球运动员现行的培养体制,和目前国际职业网球运动员的培养途径,认为我国网球的职业化步伐仅仅局限于比以前参加或举办更多的国际网球排名赛,而选手的培养模式、训练模式、参与办法等等,仍然停留在计划经济的框架之下。因此,提出改革与完善运动员的培养机制,高度重视职业化导向前提下的运动员作风培养,健全和完善与职业化相适应的协会管理机制等成为中国网球“职业化”必须首先要解决的问题。

The paper discusses the cultivation system of Chinese tennis athletes and the cultivation way of current international professional tennis players. It points out that professionalization of tennis in China is just limited into joining more international queue competitions, the cultivation and training mode and participation way are remained in the structure of planned economy. It puts forward suggestions as follows： reform and improve the cultivation system, pay special attention on athlete＇s style under professional guiding, establish and perfect association management system adjusting to professionalization. They will be the firstly solved issues in professionalization of Chinese tennis.
