摘要
通过对投掷铁饼技术采用不同下肢动作所出现的增长或缩短旋转半径特点的分析得出:采用增长旋转半径的摆动技术,必然延长人体的旋转到位的时间,对超越器械动作的形成速度和人体在旋转过程中的加速旋转移动距离都具有限制作用。相反,则具有促进作用。
Through analyzing the characteristic of lengthening or shortening revolving radius by using different lower limbs activities in throwing discus, the paper points out that by adopting swing technology of increasing revolving radius, it will prolong the time of revolving location, and it has a confined function on form speed of surpassing apparatus activities as well as accelerate moving distance in body revolving course but will promote on the contrary.
