摘要
选择年龄31~55岁的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者,38人为实验对象。同时选取同龄的健康男性22人作为对照,抽取静脉血进行CD4+、CD8+及sIL-2R检查。指导糖尿病患者进行12周的有氧运动,其中32人顺利完成运动后再次抽取静脉血进行CD4+、CD8+及血清sIL-2R检查。结果:与对照组相比运动前糖尿病患者CD4+、CD8+无明显改变,但CD4+/CD8+明显降低,血清sIL-2R值明显升高。12周有氧运动完成后,糖尿病患者CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高而血清SIL-2R值明显降低。结论:有氧运动可能通过提高CD4+/CD8+比值并降低血清sIL-2R水平来改善糖尿病患者的细胞免疫功能。
Methods: 38 subjects of 2 diabetes men aged 31 - 35 are assigned to 12 weeks of aerobic exercise training. 22 normal men of the same age are assigned as control group and draw blood to test CD4 +, CD8 + and sIL -2R before and after instructing the patients to do 12 - week aerobic exercise training of 32 patients who complete the exercise. Results: Comparing with control group, the CD4 + , CD8 + of type 2 diabetes do not change obviously, but the CD4 +/CD8 + ratios decreased and serum SIL- 2R decreased obviously. After 12 -week exercise training, the level of the plasma sIL-2R decreased and CD4 +/CD8 + ratios increased in patients with type 2 diabetes. Conclusion: the aerobic exercise can improve the function of cell - mediated immunity of type 2 diabetes through decreasing the level of serum sIL- 2R and increasing CD4 +/CD8 + ratios.
