摘要
为提高风洞试验模型边界层转捩模拟的准确性、可靠性和可操作性,逐步取代沿用多年的基于金刚砂粗糙带的转捩模拟方法,本文针对GBM-04A战斗机标模,确定了柱式转捩带的技术参数、制作方法和粗糙元配方,采用全模型测力和表面升华法对边界层转捩效果进行了试验研究。结果表明,对GBM-04A标模而言,粗糙元的最佳高度为h=0.09~0.11mm,在此范围选择粗糙元高度,不仅可以在模型上得到满意的人工转捩效果,而且不产生附加阻力;柱式转捩带具有传统金刚砂粗糙带不可比拟的显著优点,适合在高速风洞试验中推广应用。
In order to improve the accuracy, reliability and practicality of boundary-layer transition trip methods during wind tunnel model test, and to supersede the traditional grit-type based ways, the specifications, manufacture technics and roughness element composition of trip disk are settled in this paper, meanwhile, the feasibility of the trip-disk based boundary layer transition trip methods are demonstrated by wind tunnel force test and surface sublimation techniques. The results indicate that, for the GBM-04A calibration model, the optimal roughness height is between 0.09 and 0.1 lmm and the roughness elements effeetively produce prompt boundary layer transition at trip location without any additional drag occurring for roughness heights within this range. Trip disk is suitable for high speed wind tunnel testing with many advantages over the traditional grit-trip.
