摘要
大鼠胚胎小脑组织移植,移植物能够成活并逐渐生长。普肯野细胞胞体面积移植后5d为37.09μm2,移植后20d增至247.01μm2。移植后30d普肯野细胞胞体面积、分子层厚度均明显少于移植后20d,差异有显著性,(P<0.01)。移植后40d移植物周围可见巨噬细胞或淋巴细胞聚集,移植后60d,移植物变小,普肯野细胞缩小为166.32μm2。普肯野细胞层和颗粒层可见固缩碎解的细胞核。移植后90d,移植物中仅见散在的普肯野细胞和巨噬细胞。提示胚胎小脑组织移植,移植物在宿主脑内存活时间比在其它部位长。
Wistar rats were utilized as both donor and recipient animals. Cerebellar tissue from embryos of 17-20d gestational age was transplanted into the cerebellum of adult rats. The grafts investigated by the 20th day grew fast, the area of the Purkinje cells changed from 37. 09μm2 to 247. 01μm2,and then became smaller gradually. At the 40th day some macrophages containing brown granules could be seen, some of which were surrounding the graft and the aggregated lymphocytes also were found in some sections. At the 60th day ,the grafts became smaller than before,the area of Purkinjle cells reduced to 166. 32μm2,some nuclei of which became pyknosis and a lot of nuclei of granular cells had broken. At the 90th day,only some dispersed Purkinje cells were left. This study shows that the grafts from the brain tissue of embryos could survive longer in the brain than in the other organs of host animals,but the immunoreaction may be present.
