In a long period of time, Li Fuchun assumed the offices of Party＇s and state＇s finance and economy, and accumulated rich experience in economic construction. During the war, he was the minister of Central Ministry of Finance and Economy, and put forward a series of great economic thoughts, which, not only played an important role in overcoming economic difficulties in border and base areas, and in supporting the fight against Japan, but also has actual guiding significance in building Chinese socialism economy.
