浅论学报编辑工作中著作权保护的几个问题

On Several Problems of Copyright Protection in Journal Edit

在高校学报的编辑工作中,存在着与著作权法相关规定相违背的现象,本文以“一稿多投”、修改权的归属和稿酬的支付等问题为例,分析了编辑工作中侵权行为产生的原因及其危害,指出编辑应该强化著作权法等相关法律的学习。

In university journal edit, there exists such phenomenon as violating law of copyright. Taking ＂ one manuscript, multi-contributing＂, right of revising and payment of contribution fee for example, this paper analyses reasons and harms that tort brings in journal edit, and points out that the editor should enhance relative law＇s learning.
