摘要
本文通过对健身俱乐部的女性会员持续参加三个月以上健美操运动前后的体重指数(BMI)和腰臀比(WHR)的测试,结果显示:健身健美操运动可使身体成分发生改变.瘦体重增加,同时,对预防心血管系统疾病,增强体质,延缓衰老有重要的作用。
According to several tests to weomen who take setting-up exercise in Clubs and large researches, we found that setting-up exercise has many advantages which goes like this: building-up bodies, resisting diseasees, fighting against senium and many other benefits,
