摘要
通过对寻租理论的分析揭示了公共政策制定过程中存在的问题,政府的寻租行为导致了公共政策的低效,社会资源的浪费,论述了如何防范公共政策制定过程中的寻租行为。
The problems existing in making public policies are uncovered through analyzing the rent seeking theory. The rent seeking behavior of the government results in the low efficiency of public policies and the waste of social resources. How to prevent the rent seeking behavior in making public policies is also discussed.
