Innovate Mode of Co-Education:Train Flight Attendance to Excellence

以广州民航职业技术学院积极探索校企结合、中外合作培养航空服务人才的办学实践为例,论述了高职院校专业建设必须走校企结合、中外合作之路;人才培养必须以行业需求为导向,职业资格标准为依据“,双证”教育为手段,市场运作规律及“互惠双赢”准则为机制;这样才能发挥行业专业特色优势,创新多元化办学模式,培养优质航空服务专业人才。

This article explores co-op and joint ventures programs in the area of training flight attendance. Through the case study, it concludes that the co-op and joint venture programs are key ways leading to the success of higher vocational education. The vocational training should be oriented by the industry need, stick to the vocational qualification standards, employ ＂dual certificates＂, and follow the market laws and win-win guidelines. In doing so, GCAC fully explores its advantages and specialty in the industry, creates a diversity of vocational education mode and trains flight ~iftendance to excellence.
