摘要
盐城历史上的清官言行与廉政文化建设有着密切的关系,研究清官在历史上的地位、作用及其廉政文化建设,对于以史为鉴,加强党的执政能力建设有一定的现实意义。
In Yancheng history,the words and deeds of upright officials were closely related whth the incorruptible culture construction. A study of these aspects is of realistic significance to strengthen the Party＇s administrative comprtence.
