试论川西北山区和谐社会的构建

Counter Measures for Constructing Harmonious Relationships between Human Beings and Nature in the Mountainous Areas of Northwest Sichuan Province

农村和谐社会是和谐社会建设中的重要方面,人与自然和谐是其中的一个重要目标,而影响人与自然和谐的主要因素就是环境问题。川西北山区是生物多样性保护的重点区域,研究人与自然和谐发展的对策对保护该区的环境具有重要意义。川西北山区存在着多方面的环境问题,建设该地区人与自然和谐社会需要:(1)加强教育,转移人口,减轻环境压力;(2)严格执行国家宏观政策,改善生态环境;(3)利用科学技术,改变资源利用方式。

Countryside is the important areas for constructing the harmonious society. In this process, harmonious relationships between human beings and nature is an important target. Its result will be influenced by the problem about environment. The mountainous areas in northwest Sichuan Province are one of the most key areas in the conservation of biodiversity. The conservation environment of this area is very important through studies of some counter measures for constructing harmonious relationships between human beings and nature. Environmental problems in the mountainous areas in northwest Sichuan Province are analyzed. And some counter measures for constructing harmonious relationships between human beings and nature in this area are proposed： 1. Strengthen education and move population in order to reduce pressure on environment; 2. Carry out macroscopic nation policy rigorously so as to promote the improvement environment; 3. Change means for utilization of resources depend on the progress of science and technology.
