Role of Newly Merged Universities' Trade Unions in Building a Harmonious Campus

合并新升本科院校要在短期内把机遇性优势变为现实性优势,实现学校持续、快速、健康发展,工会具有不可替代的作用。本文从党中央在新世纪对中国工会的定位出发,论述了充分发挥高校工会教育、维护、参与、建设等方面职能的积极作用,作好“鼓气”、“通气”、“和气”、“加气”工作,建立一套分享机制,即让学院不同的权利与相关群体共同分享,不同的利益与相关群体共同分享,最终达到整个学校和谐发展的根本目的。

For newly-merged four-year colleges, teachers＂ trade unions play an indispensable part in making them develop continuously, rapidly and healthily, turning accidental advantages into realistic ones. This article, based on the requirements of the CPC for the Chinese trade unions in the new century, discusses that the teachers＂ trade unions in colleges bring into full play their positive roles in educating, maintaining, participating and constructing, does such work as encouragement, communication and amicableness, builds a shared system, which means related groups share all kinds of different fights and benefits in an effort to bring about the harmonious development of the whole school.
