摘要
员工培训已经成为企业培养高素质员工和打造核心竞争力的重要手段,员工培训直接影响到员工的素质和工作绩效并进而影响企业整体竞争力。因此,培训本身的质量对企业发展非常重要,而我国一些中小企业在员工培训与开发过程中却存在着一系列问题。这里对中小企业员工培训中的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上,提出了一些解决问题的对策和建议。
Training for employees is a key way for enterprises to develop qualified staff, which will affect the quality and achievements of staff hence will have influence on business. However, a series of problems existing in the process of training. Countermeasures are proposed on the basis of analyzing these problems.
