“教学—研究型”经济管理学院办学思想的系统分析

System Analysis of Administration Ideology for Economics and Management College of Education-research Pattern

在探讨人才培养目标体系和综合素质体系的基础上,提出了经济管理教育的新理念。运用系统分析方法,分目标层、战略层和战术层三个层次理清了“教学—研究型”学院各项工作的层次结构关系,分析了人才培养和教学在学院各项工作中的地位,以及教学与其他工作的关系。为实现上述教育理念,根据学院工作的系统结构,给出了“教学—研究型”经济管理学院办学思路的逻辑机理,并指出了确立和落实学院办学思路应当做到的几项工作。

On the basis of researches on the objective system of education, or the comprehensive quality system of talents, the paper proposes new ideas for the education of economics and management. In the college of educationresearch pattern, relations of various tasks are put in a hierarchy structure in three levels of objective, strategy and tactics by means of system analysis. The role that education plays and the relations of teaching to other tasks in the college are analyzed. To carry out the education principles above, the logical mechanism of college administration ideology is advanced according to the system structure of college tasks. Finally, solne suggestions are made to clarify and implement the college administration ideology.
