摘要
近年来对神经末梢突触小泡膜蛋白的蛋白质化学、药理学研究及酵母细胞蛋白运输及分泌的遗传学的研究,发现了胞吐蛋白复合体的存在。Sollner-RothmanSNARE假说的提出使得对神经递质释放、内外分泌细胞分泌机制的研究有了突飞猛进的进展。
Biochemical and pharmacological characterization of small synaptic vesile(SSV)membrane proteins and genetic studies of yeast secretion mutants led to the identification of an exocytotic fusion complex.The Sollner-Rothman SNARE hypothesis has led to remarkable progresses in the understanding of the molecular mechanism of neurotransmitter release,endocrine and exocrine cell secretion.
