The article provides an analytical framework of the influencing factors of acquisition performance.After theoretical research and consideration of certain Chinese contexts,the author brings forward some propositions and tests them according to the questionnaires received.The findings of the research shows that acquisition performance was affected by synergy potentials,the business integration and the employees' attitudes.
