After more than 20 years＇ market-oriented reform and development, the labor relationship in China has been developing into market-oriented one that means the benefit between labor and capital. In recent years, the labor-capital relationship has been worsening. The main reason is that many enterprises in China are indifferent to or lack of consciousness of CSR.. It is the fundamental step to strengthen the construction of CSR to establish a harmonious and reciprocal relationship between labor and capital.
