摘要
经过20多年的市场化改革和发展,中国的劳动关系已逐步演变为以市场化的劳动关系,即劳动与资本的利益关系为主。劳资关系近些年来随着经济的发展却不断恶化,其中最主要的原因是企业社会责任意识淡漠或缺乏。加强企业社会责任的建设是构建劳动与资本双赢的和谐劳资关系的根本。
After more than 20 years' market-oriented reform and development, the labor relationship in China has been developing into market-oriented one that means the benefit between labor and capital. In recent years, the labor-capital relationship has been worsening. The main reason is that many enterprises in China are indifferent to or lack of consciousness of CSR.. It is the fundamental step to strengthen the construction of CSR to establish a harmonious and reciprocal relationship between labor and capital.
