Policy Research for Guangxi Science-tech Cooperation between University and Local industry

近年来,广西高校科技与地方互动取得了一定的成效,但仍需要在科技评价体系、建设科技创新体系、培养相关人才、营造良好合作氛围等方面出台有利政策,形成激励机制,进一步促进高校和地方双方科技合作的互动发展。

The science and technology cooperation between university and local industry in Guangxi have made great progress in recent years. However, problems concerning to science-tech comment index system, science-tech creation system, brain training, and supporting environment still be found. To encourage the further cooperation, new policies should be passed and concerning problems should be solved.
