Strategic Banking Alliance:A Provisional Choice in the International Operation of Chinese Banks——Analysis on the Basis of Value Chain and Game Theory

针对中国银行跨国经营存在的不足,从价值链和博弈论的角度,就中国银行业的跨国战略联盟所采用的市场关系型银行联盟和产权关系型银行联盟两种方式进行比较分析,得出采取产权关系型的银行联盟为佳的结论。

In the light of the defects in the international operation of Chinese banks, and from the perspective of value chain and game theory, this paper makes a comparative study of the two forms of baking alliance adopted by the Chinese banking business, namely market based alliance and property-rightbased alliance, and concludes that the latter is a better choice.
