摘要
企业文化评估既是企业文化理论和实践发展中的前沿课题,也是最难解决的核心问题。目前企业文化的评估研究依据其应用目的可分为企业文化类型评估、企业文化风险评估和企业文化效果评估三种类型。从评估要素、评估标准和评估方法三个角度分析所有的评估体系,可以找到未来研究的方向。
Corporate culture assessment is the most advanced and difficult topic in the field of corporate culture theory and practice. According to tile purpose of applying corporate culture assessment, we could divide the research into three kinds : corporate culture type assessment, corporate culture risk assessment and corporate culture effecting assessment. After analyzing all the research of corporate culture assessment from three aspects: assessment elements; assessment standard and assessment method, we can find out the future direction of the research of corporate culture assessment.
