儒家思想在我国具有深远的影响,在人们的潜意识形态中早已根深蒂固。儒家传统正是当今许多行政现象的深层次文化根源,比如重人治而轻法治、流于形式的民主制度、官本位思想等等,我们应该加以克服。其实,儒家思想中也有许多有益的成分,比如重视领导者的素质、尚贤使能等,我们就应该继续发扬光大。

The Confucianism has profound influence in our country. The Confucianism spirit is already deeply rooted in people＇s subconscious ideology. The Confucianism tradition is exactly many cultural sources of deep administration phenomenon nowadays, such as heavy person cures but light rule of law, a skin deep view of democratic system, the officer＇s basis thoughts etc. We should overcome them. There are many long historical but often new composition in the Confucianism too, such as value the character of leader, still wise make can etc and we should continue to promote.
