The university students are our country＇s future and hope, whether they have noble moral personality or not directly concerns our country＇s development and market economy＇s moral orders. To cultivate their moral personality, we must change the education＇s ideas, set up new moral education and manage model, establish higher teachers＇ troops, foster civilized moral circumstance and encourage the students to actively take part in all kinds of moral practice.
