高校图书馆生态承载力初探

A Preliminary Discussionon of the University Library's Ecological Carrying Capacity

高校图书馆的发展并不是无限制的,它受到文献资源供给能力和发展环境支持能力的限制,一旦图书馆的发展规模超出一定的资源承受能力,也就像自然生态系统一样,它的资源供给和再生能力就受到破坏,系统将失去平衡,其质量就难以达到。图书馆生态系统承载力具有客观性、可变性、多层次性等特点。图书馆生态系统承载力条件可分为基础资源承载力、环境资源承载力。

Based on the theory of the ecological carrying capacity in the natural world, this article suggests that the university library system also has the problem of ecological carrying capacity, on which a preliminary discussion is given here. The article points out that objectivity, changeability and multi-level are the characieristics of the university library＇s ecological sys tern carrying capacity, according which the conditions of the university library＇s ecological carrying capacity development are discussed.
