摘要
用浓度为100mg/L的偶氮染料废水对水稻进行灌溉,探讨染料对水稻生长的毒害作用。结果表明,在染料灌溉下,水稻的株高、穗长、穗重、千粒重、穗粒数和结实率都比常规灌溉下的低,经SAS软件分析差异达显著水平,说明偶氮染料废水污染后可导致水稻产量下降。对其中的处理接入脱色希瓦氏菌,发现该菌能够明显提高脱色效果,而且在有Fe3+的存在下,脱色率更高,同时在水稻生境下其能够正常存活、生长和繁殖。
Waste water containing azo dye of 100 mg/L was used to irrigate rice plants in pot experiments and its poison effects on the rice plants were evaluated. The result showed that plant height, ear length, ear weight, thousand kernels weight, kernels number per ear and maturing rice rate of rice plants irrigated by azo dye waste water were lower than those irrigated by traditional methods, indicating that rice yield could reduce to the pollution of azo dye waste water. The azo dye decolorization was improved when inoculated with shewanella S12, and in the rice growing condition, Shewanella could survive and propagate.
