摘要
通过对儋州市“两院”市场供应的16种蔬菜中硝酸盐的检测,结果表明,所测蔬菜均有不同程度的检出,硝酸盐含量表现为:叶菜类>葱蒜类>根菜类>瓜类>茄果类>豆类。其中白萝卜、地瓜叶、大白菜、青菜等超标严重。
The nitrate content of 16 kinds of vegetables in Lianyan market (Danzhou) was measured. The result showed the nitrate pollution of vegetables in Lianyuan market is serious. The nitrate content shows as the following: leaf vegetables 〉bulb crops〉 root vegetables〉cucurbits crops〉 selanageous fruits 〉beans. The nitrate content of radish, pachyrhizus, cabbage and greengrocery is much higher above the required limit.
