摘要
企业外语培训中教材选编是教学成功与否的关键因素。外语教师是教材编写的主体,是选择者、加工者和把关人。从传播学、跨文化传播学的角度出发,探讨外语教材选编中的创造性问题。企业外语培训所使用的教材应遵循明确的编写原则:传授知识和技能;拓宽思路,认识世界;针对特定培训群体和培训任务;创造性的教材编写应当具备准确性、实用性及生动性。
To select and compile textbooks in foreign language training in enterprise is the key factor of successful teaching. Teachers of foreign language are the main body, selectors, processors and checkers for the selection and compiling of the textbooks. From the view of propagation art and cross culture propagation, probed innovation in the selecting and compiling textbooks of foreign language. Textbooks used in foreign language training in enterprises should follow the clear compiling principles: to pass on knowledge and skill; broaden idea, realize the world; for certain persons to be trained and training task; the creative textbook compiling should be accurate, practical and vivid.
