摘要
新课程改革的关键是能否在课堂教学中形成一个真正的“学习共同体”,师生互教互学、相互影响、相互补充,达到共识、共享、共进的完美境地。笔者根据教学实践,从整合教学信息、调整教学策略、突出教学个性、创新师生关系、重视学生评价等方面,对“学习共同体”的形成进行了论述。
The crux of new course reform lies in whether a real learning community can be formed or not in classroom teaching. That is to creat a perfect situation in which teachers and students teach and learn from each other, have influence on each other, complement each other, reach a common understanding, enjoy together and go ahead together. Based on the practice in teaching the author deals with the formation of "learning community" from such aspects as integrating teaching information,adjusting teaching tactics, giving prominence to the individual character of teaching, creating a new teacher-student relationship and attaching importance to students' evaluation.
