摘要
实施双语教学,关键在于提高少数民族教师的汉语水平,培养一支合格的“双语型”少数民族教师队伍。本文试从“研究过程与研究方法”、“研究的思路与目标”等五个方面对少数民族小学数学教师双语培训中教学策略做初步的探究。
Bilingual education hinges on raising the Chinese language level of ethnic minority teachers and building up the rands of qualified bilingual teachers of minority nationalities. This paper tries to make a prelimimary inquiry into the teaching tactics in the bilingual training of ethnic primary school teachers in mathematics from such aspects as research process, research method, research thinking, research objective, etc.
