Propostitions for the Employment Policy towards the College Students of Ethnic Minorities in Xinjiang

新疆少数民族大学生的就业问题,已成为社会的突出问题,能否妥善解决关系到新疆的社会稳定和经济发展。本文针对新疆少数民族就业存在的问题进行研究,试图能为政府提供一些政策建议。

The empoyment for the college students of ethnic minorities has been a poignant social problem in Xinjiang. It has a bearing on social stability and economic development whether to handle the problem properly or not. This paper makes a study of the existing problems of employment for the college students of ethnic minorities and attempts to put forth proposals on the govenment policy concerned.
