对“思想道德修养”课的教学研究与探讨

Studies and Explorations in the Teaching of Ideological Culivation and Moral Gymnastics

大学生“思想道德修养”课是高校“两课”的主要课程,是每个大学生的第一必修课。但目前“思修”课的教学中存在着学生不重视、学习兴趣不高、教师深感难教而不愿教的现状。本文提出改变现状的对策：教师必须要树立与现代教育思想相适应的教学理念；强化“思修”课教师的综合素质,提高教师的人格魅力催生、激活应用现代教育模式,提高教学质量。

Mind and moral cultivation is one of the two important compulsory subjects for college students once they start their study life in the colleges. However, the current situation is that the students pay less attention to the subject and have no interests in it; at the same time, the teacher are reluctant to teach it because of its toughness. The solutions to the problems： （1） The teachers must have the right teaching idea corresponding to the modern teaching philosophy. （2） To strengthen the teachers＂ overall qualities and improve their personal charms. （3） To create, activates and apply the modern education approach to bettering the teaching quality.
