An Introduction to Socialization of Environmental Technology

环境技术是与生态环境相协调的技术，环境技术社会化有公众、政府和经济三种驱动力量，环境技术社会化是环境技术驱动机制发挥作用、社会角色形成和实现、人类利益协调的过程。

Environmental technology is a technology combined with environment. There are three forces from the public environment consciousness, governmental and economic angle which drive the socialization of environmental technology. The socialization of environmental technology are not only process of drive mechanism functionary, but also that of its social role formation and realization in accord with human benefit.
