论民办高校师资队伍的环境建设

On the Environmental Construction of the Teaching Staff of Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Education

民办高等教育作为我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分，经过20多年的发展，为国家培养了大量的建设者和接班人。但是，民办高校长期依靠兼职教师进行教学的做法严重制约了民办高等教育的发展。因此，民办高校要形成办学的良性循环，必须要有高质量、稳定的师资队伍。从目前民办高校师资队伍建设存在的问题出发，提出了建立良好的内外部环境是民办高校师资队伍建设的重要保障的观点。

Non-governmental higher education, as the important part of higher education in our country, through the development of more than 20 years, has cultivated a mass of erectors and successors. However, non-governmental institutions of higher learning restrict their development because of the large number of part-time instructors. So, if non-governmental institutions of higher learning want to form benign circle, they must have high quality and stable teaching staff. This article starts from current problems existing in the construction of teaching staff of non-governmental institutions of higher learning, puts forward that constructing good inner and exterior environment is important guarantee of teaching staff construction in non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
