倍他乐克在急性心肌梗死中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗死早期应用倍他乐克对心肌的保护作用。方法急性心肌梗死患者66例,分为治疗组及对照组各33例,治疗组在常规抗凝、再灌注、营养心肌等治疗的基础上,按照CCS-Ⅱ给药方法静脉推注倍他乐克15mg。结果治疗组在提高心率变异性、降低心源性休克、猝死、缩小梗死面积、缓解疼痛等方面均明显优于治疗组。结论在急性心肌梗死早期应用倍他乐克疗效显著。
