摘要
随着广大人民群众生活水平的提高,家用电器大量进入家庭.为减轻家务劳动、提供舒适的环境和高质量的文化生活起到了越来越重要的作用.然而同时也涉及到家电产品的服务质量问题.长期以来这也是困扰家电企业的难题之一.这篇文章对不同服务方式的利弊进行了分析和比较.家电企业应结合实际情况提高产品的服务质量,从而扩大产品销售量以获取最大的利益.
For the development of the consumption level, appliances have been widely used in families. They are playing an important rule in modem families for reducing the time consuming of homework, improving the living environment and providing the high quality lives. However, the service .luality has always been a problem for those appliance manufacturers. This article is trying to indicate the advantages and the disadvantages for various services. Appliance manufacturers can study thegn with their own situation for improving the service quality, and then increase their sales.
