摘要
采用实验法、SQQ问卷调查法、自我效能问卷调查法、兴趣问卷调查法、数理统计法、比较法、分析法,对长沙理工大学女生体育教学中实施“塑身与美体”教学的可行性进行了深入研究.旨在系统地进行健身、修身、养身,培养有品位、有修养的魅力女人的“塑身与美体”,对女性综合素质的塑造与培养,是一种创新与突破.进入高校体育教学不仅可行,而且对拓展现行体育教学的内容具有深远的意义.
Adopting Experimentation method, SQQ questionnaire method, interest questionnaire method, selfperformance qustionnaire method, statistics comparison, statistical method, comparison method and analytical method, probes into the feasibility of shaping & beautifying figure programme for girls are executed in P. E curricula in CUST. The research shows that shaping & beautifying figure programnme aiming at systematic physical fitness, culture cultivation, health maintenance and quality & culture fostering is an innovation and breakthrough for the cultivation and foster of female comprehensive makings. It is not only feasible in college curriculum, but also significant with respect to P. E content expansion.
