The view of technology is the evaluation about technology in some period, and this evaluation can induce the different matching relationship between usefulness and rationality. The view of technology has evolved from the type of adjusting to the type of conquering. We have to set up the view of harmonious technology afresh. The view of harmonious technology emphasizes making human the center meanwhile taking technology as being useful, realizing the systematic and total harmonious mode by moderating and balancing , coexisting and progressing among human, technology, nature, science and society.
