摘要
以渗水地膜为试材、普通聚乙烯塑料薄膜为对照,对比研究了渗水地膜覆盖对花生叶绿素含量和细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明,渗水地膜覆盖可增加花生叶绿素含量,增强光合作用,减小细胞膜相对透性,从而增加干物质积累,提高花生荚果产量;渗水地膜覆盖可比普通地膜覆盖和露地栽培分别增产9.8%和65.4%。
The experiment was conducted by selecting the seep mulching plastic, compared with the ordinary polyethylene plastic, on the maintenance test in peanut. It included three treatments and repeated 4 times, totally 12 small areas. The result through chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, the total quantity as well as the different cell membrane relative penetrable multiple comparisons in various times. It indicated that the seep mulching plastic made the peanut chlorophyll content increased, the photosynthesis strengthened, the dry material accumulation increased, the cell membrane relative penetrability reduced, the resistance enhanced. Thus caused the pod fruit production increased 9.8% than the ordinary mulching plastic cultivation and 65.4% than the open ground.
