摘要
对冀芝3号白芝麻和冀9014、冀9104黑芝麻新品种的籽粒品质性状进行了分析。结果表明:黑芝麻油分含量较低、蛋白质含量较高。冀9104脂肪酸组成合理,氨基酸含量最高,营养价值大于黑芝麻。
Quality characters of a grain for some new varieties including the white sesame Jizhi 3 and the black sesame Ji 9014 and Ji 9104 were analyzed. The results showed that the black sesame were with lower fat contents and higher protein contents. Ji 9104 was with rational fatty acid contents, the highest amino acid contents and higher nutrition value.
