摘要
从双方理性冲突、信息不对称和机会主义行为角度,分析了农业科研单位与种子经营企业之间的合作障碍,认为二者合作是种子产业健康发展的主渠道,并提出了改善合作困境的具体措施。
The problems were discussed that encounter the combination between agricultural research institutes and seed enterprises. Measurements were suggested to deal with the problems.
