摘要
国内发电机定子绕组端部并头绝缘一般采用手包云母带或者套绝缘盒并灌注绝缘胶的封闭结构,而Alstom公司对三峡水轮发电机绕组并头绝缘的思路是采用敞开式绝缘盒的非封闭结构。本文着重对敞开式绝缘盒的结构特点进行分析研究,为今后国内大型水轮发电机的并头绝缘结构设计提供参考。
Endwinding insulation of domestic generator stator usually adopts closed structure with handwrapped mica tape or insulation box. Alstom company applied open insulation box to three- gorges hydrogenerator winding connection insulation. This paper mainly analyzes the structure feature of this type of insulation box to give reference for design of domestic hydrogenerator connection insulation.
