摘要
采用单因素试验法考察了试剂加入量、造渣时间和搅拌强度对还原过程的影响。确定了最佳工艺参数:即烟尘∶粉煤∶纯碱=100∶(18~20)∶(8~10),搅拌强度40min/次,造渣时间240~270min。在此条件下,金属锑直收率为85.48%,粗锑含锑92.39%。生产实践表明,所产粗锑完全满足电解精炼要求,可以替代精锑应用于粗铅火法初步精炼工序中。
The effects of some technical factors such as addition amount of powder coal and sodium carbonate, time for slag formation as well as agitation intensity on the reducing smelting were investigated by adopting method of single factor experiment. The optimum technical parameter was fixed on, that was, dust : powder coal : sodium carbonate = 100 : ( 18 - 20) : ( 8 - 10). Time for slag formation was 240 - 270 min while agitation intensity was 40 min. Under this condition, the direct recovery ratio of Sb was 85.48%, and the content of Sb in crude antimony was 92.39%. The results of production practice showed that, the yielded crude antimony could completely meet a demand for electrolyzing and purifying, and could be used in refining process of crude lead to substitute for antimony ingot.
